Goût de France / Good France 2017 in “La Rossa” Restaurant !!!
As a first restaurant in Oświęcim we took part in “Goût de France/Good France”
… on the first day of spring, Chefs from five continents together celebrated the feast of French gastronomy. In every restaurant that participated in this project, a specially prepared dinner was a tribute to the excellent French culinary art, for its revealing character and for the value it provides: It was the idea of sharing the experinced pleasure, the recognition of good eatables, the respect for contemporary people and the planet.
