Sebastian SZROMU Schrom – Executive Chef of the La Rossa restaurant for 14 years, winner of the “hat” in 2018-2020 - a distinction recommended by the yellow guide “Gault & Millau”.
Secretary of the Audit Committee in the Association of Małopolska Chefs and Confectioners and member of the Association of Polish Chefs, on behalf of which he serves as the Ambassador of the District Complex No. 4 of Economic and Gastronomic Schools in Oświęcim.
He became known to a wider audience as a participant of the 3rd edition of the Hell's Kitchen - Piekielna Kuchnia program, where for many weeks he cooked under the watchful eye of Wojciech Modest Amaro himself, winner of the first Michelin "star" in Poland. He was the only participant in all editions worldwide who could choose, together with the host of the program, a person to leave the program.
Over the past few years, he has opened several restaurants in our area that are still operating to this day. He cooked for, among others, Volodymyr Zalensky, Przemysław Saleta, Zygmunt Chajzer, Elżbieta Romanowska, Bilguun Ariunbaatar and Marcelina Zawadzka. He co-created the culinary show Battle of Flavors - Tradition vs. Modernity and in 2024 he was recognized in the plebiscite Mistrzowie Smaku - Gazeta Krakowska as the chef of the year in the Oświęcim district.
