Our Chef Sebastian “SZROMU” Schrom took part in the first vegan cuisine festival in Poland, which took place in Bielsko – Biała. Chef Sebastian was the author of one of six dishes served during dinner. He had the pleasure to cook with Top Chef Polska participants – Mateusz Kręcina, Krzysztof Matuszkiewicz, Ivo Violante, Marcin Czubak and Dariusz Zając. Gosia Andrzejewicz concert made the evening even more pleasant. It was a amazing service !!! …
