Our Head Chef / Creative Chef Sebastian “SZROMU” Schrom became the Ambassador of the Poviat Team no. 4 of the Economic and Gastronomic Schools in Oświęcim. This function will be performed by the Association of Polish Chefs and all this took place during the gala ceremony of presenting the certificate “Forge of Culinary Talents”.

Poviat Unit No. 4 of the Economic and Gastronomic Schools in Oświęcim received the prestigious title – “Forge of Culinary Talents”. Only 10 schools in Poland can currently be proud of this certificate, awarded by the Polish Cooks Association. The popular “Ekonomik” is the second high school in Małopolska.
