The 6th edition of the guide premiered during the Gala. There are no surprises in the 2020 edition. Many of them are a consequence of the introduction of a free mobile application this summer. Due to its appearance, as in other countries, the printed version only includes restaurants that received the award of at least one hat. Thus, restaurants that qualified for the guide with a rating of 10 or 10.5 points can be found only in the online version.
The ceremonial gala took place in the interiors of Expo XXI in Warsaw. As part of the dinner, there were five duels between outstanding fine dining bosses and avant-garde POP bosses. In each duel, the bosses got 25 minutes to conduct the show and the same leitmotif in the form of a leading product. At that time, over 60 chefs prepared tasting portions of the dishes presented for all guests. Therefore, guests enjoyed the taste of 10 dishes with carefully selected pairings.
