Our Chef, Sebastian SZROMU Schrom recently had the pleasure of cooking with the best chefs from all over Poland in Zakopane during the “Rysy” project, that is Chefs at the top. The project was aimed to raise money for the purchase of a biodynamic prosthesis for a colleague – a cook who lost his hand while working in the kitchen. Let us remember that good always comes back !!!
